Nakhon Peak grew from a straightforward observation: many founders and family shareholders in Thailand and across Southeast Asia reach the threshold of a significant transaction — a sale, an acquisition, a capital event — without the kind of calm, unhurried advisory support that the moment calls for.
The practice was established at 35 Ploenchit Road, Lumphini, to serve that need. Our engagements are structured to begin before a formal process — to ask the questions that a banker or legal advisor may not think to ask, and to help shareholders arrive at a considered decision about whether to proceed, and on what terms.
We do not source deals. We do not advocate for transactions. We work alongside the people making a consequential decision, and we try to make that process a little clearer and a little more grounded.

The people behind the practice
Sorawit has spent the better part of two decades working on transactions involving Thai family-owned businesses and regional acquirers. His work focuses on the preparatory and advisory stages, where judgment tends to matter most.
Pimchanok leads the diligence and documentation work within the Target Evaluation Engagement. She brings a background in commercial analysis and corporate finance, with a particular interest in operating quality assessment.
Narongchai manages client relationships across the practice's active engagements and coordinates the working sessions and interim deliverables that keep a transaction advisory partnership moving at the right pace.

Fixed-Scope Engagements
Every engagement is scoped clearly at the outset. Work and fees do not expand without mutual agreement, and our deliverables are defined before any engagement begins.
Strict Confidentiality
All client information is held in strict confidence. We do not disclose the identity of clients, the nature of their transactions, or the conclusions of our advisory work to any third party without explicit consent.
No Conflicts of Interest
We do not act for buyers and sellers in the same transaction, and we do not source transaction opportunities for our own account. Our sole role is advisory to the client we are engaged by.
Written Deliverables
All engagements produce written outputs — memoranda, evaluation documents, or structured summaries. We do not rely on verbal advice alone, because transactions require a clear written record of what was considered.
Working With Existing Advisors
We coordinate with, rather than displace, the client's existing legal counsel, accountants, and financial advisors. Our advisory role is complementary and additive to the broader professional team.
Data Protection
Client documentation and correspondence are handled with appropriate data security measures and in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable international standards.
